Turn Away

Through the skin and hair
Dissolving through flashes
Of sight craving your rays
Turn away, before I burn into gray..

Can you see the growth
The pressure pulling my mind
Before drowning my heart below
Turn away, turn away before I follow…

Could you remember the cruelty
That engraved on my skin
The truth you told about my sanity
Give way, turn away to eternity…

Do you find me inside
Dig deep and find that emptiness
Where I always reside
Turn away, as my life engulfs a cyanide…

A faded memory, isn’t that me?
Calling out to you, oh! You forgot him?
Does the mind ask now for a leave?
Turn away, As I erase Necessity…

Feelings or emotions, ferment rotten
Parasites, now thrive off the leftovers
Nothing left, all is a part of the fallen
Turn away, from the grave of my end…

Remember to forget
Remember to forgive
As my soul travels to New worlds
Turn away, you have a new life to live…
